PHEW

I am so glad I paid the summer pass before New Year

Thanks Jen Carol & Berrie for sticking with me .

Hurray!!!!

I lost this week making the total losses 17.4kgs.
My problem is I need to modify my diet for my body's sake.

I need to do some homework and look at the core plan.
Make myself a list & eat only from my safe list.

This involves extra work again & cooking other foods for hubby.

I have been ignoring the symptoms for some time.
Now I have severe gastric pain & therefore need to change.

Dam!!!!!!! Life was easy for a few years.

I suppose we need these downs to remind us how blessed we are to have the choice.

Back with the YOYO

OOOHHHHH!!!!! I Hate this....GGRRRRrrrrr....

No Matter t'was only 0.2 gain...
Continuation of another bumpy ride for me in 2007.....and.....
My puter is not working again..

Maybe this year I will finally have to update from "win98"
Less & less programs are compatable now days. The scare a few months ago made me back-up everything then... so I shouldn't loose too much.

I will not quit WW yet..... I'll stay 'til end of Summer pass & re-evaluate.
it just sucks.....

Brilliant start to 2007. Loss of 0.9kg

We always feel great when we are winning. I gained for two visits to the scales. This was no doubt because I could not resist all those yummy foods that are constantly about during the festive silly season.
I chose to eat what I wanted in moderation and not to count.
Now I am back on the plan and watching carefully until I became thirsty and have had alcohol three times this week. I hope I haven't undone
the loss last Tuesday.

Last Monday we drove to
Richmond and found the graves of Mum's, father's maternal grandparents. That is five generations on the tree.

A New Year & Renewed Hope

New Years Day found us at Cessnock in the Hunter Valley Wine country.
We spent 3 days chasing family history for hubby.

This involved grave searching, pub crawl, local sights and we finally found a brewery.
This was a very restful mini break.
We spent lots of time walking off the excess indulgence of the festive season.
