I chose to eat what I wanted in moderation and not to count. Now I am back on the plan and watching carefully until I became thirsty and have had alcohol three times this week. I hope I haven't undone the loss last Tuesday.

Last Monday we drove to Richmond and found the graves of Mum's, father's maternal grandparents. That is five generations on the tree.
