What a blessing this journey has been.
I have gained some wonderfull friends along the way.
You are all so special in your support.
On past experience I would have given up by now.
When I was desperate Carol/Veg, Berrie & Jen came to my rescue.
Thanks for saving me from drowning in my own pity party.
The scales show a loss of 0.2kg.
That is 16.5kg gone from my body for ever & ever....

And a big thank you for being there for us too CJ - Just knowing that you're there and that you listen to our problems and frustrations as we go up and down with our struggle to lose weight makes all the difference. What is it they say? - What goes up must come down - well come down our weight will - we will all keep working at being losers (gee that didn't sound too good!) with help from each other. Thanks for your support along the way too CJ, it's much appreciated.
Yes Cj I must thank you also my friend..you have shown such great support to me during my hiatus from this weight loss journey of mine...and of course I hope I have been a great support to you also...and wow if you can loose 200grams at this busy time of year you are doing something right go you...
