Profound Hey...
What drove us to Weight Watchers was our inability to fit into our wardrobe of clothes..
Plus ............ shopping for clothes made us decidedly miserable.............
The sizes that fitted were larger sizes than we have ever worn.
Every picture tells a story and I saw a published photo of me at class at Mary Andrews College 2yrs ago and that is definitely not me now.
I am on the right in purple and blue check.
This is on the web for all to see and a constant reminder that I am that same person just take up less air space.......
Today I lost 300 grams. 2/3rds of a tub of margarine I don't carry around anymore.
Total loss of 17.5kgs.
We must start rejoicing and celebrating our perseverance on the road to healthy weight range and less strain on our vital organs.
Well done all of you for being with me this far along the road.
