Slim Christmas

What a blessing this journey has been.
I have gained some wonderfull friends along the way.

You are all so special in your support.
On past experience I would have given up by now.
When I was desperate Carol/Veg, Berrie & Jen came to my rescue.

Thanks for saving me from drowning in my own pity party.
The scales show a loss of 0.2kg.
That is 16.5kg gone from my body for ever & ever....

Back to Normal????

What is normal????
My body is certainly changing.
I did stick to the plan and exercised last week.

lost 0.9kg so have only 7.8kg to go.
I hope I have consolidated my weight in the 70's now.
At 78.8kgs I can start to see I can get to goal.

It was such a long...long.... way off before.......
Rock on next week..
