Over this bump

I think I am over the mental block that has stopped me focusing on my goal.
I jumped on my own scales and realised I am not the 95.1kgs I started out at but 81.2kgs.
This is not 90 anything..... It is only 0.6kg more than I was 4 weeks ago.....

This week was a gain of 0.2kg.... not 2kg...... that I deserved......

I must go back and do the habit audit and work out what thoughts are crippling me currently.

I shall give us all that big smile that one of you posted months ago. This is especially for Donna...Jen.....Berrie....Carol...
We need to focus on where we are going and not where we have been the past few weeks.
Go for goal girls and I am with you all the way.....

Focus girl focus

It's getting harder to stay focused at the moment
I'm falling to the bottom of the pile again.

I am eating a lot of my frankenstein foods and not caring about my goal.
It is now day two of the new week and I am not back on track....

Cant seem to motivate me.... what a down week...... Help......

I'm drowning........

Gain 0.4 at week 21

Two steps forward and one step back.
Same old problem.......
I ate within my points but did not exercise as much.
Also not getting enough fibre on this diet to stay regular for me.

Back to basics and persevere......
Look at the positive angle 14.1 kg is gone....
I look great....... So start believing it.....

A Project for you all

Here is something you all can do.....

Yes even the least crafty ones.

Go and purchase a cane wreath hoop and a couple of packets of christmas whole nuts. Find a hot glue gun and get glueing all over the top side of the wreath. It makes a lovely centre piece on the table at Christmas or a lovely eddible gift to take to a friend's home. To make it stand out you can coat the brazil and macadamia nut shells with clear estapol so they shine. Ribbons can also drees up the finished item.

I want to see how you go..... Happy crafting......

Broaches

These are for Carol to have a closer look at.
You can make almost anything using leather.
Normally I would colour with spirit dyes but these have been painted with acrylic paint.

The same paint used when doing folk art.

Week Twenty Loss 1.4kgs

Just have to say I am amazed.
My body is actually starting to behave again.
The last three weeks I have written down everything that passes my lips.
This has produced another successful week with a loss of 1.4kgs.

The way I am going I may be at goal sooner than I think.
I am aiming to be there by 30th Jan 2007.
That is 16 weeks away and I have 9.4kgs to goal.
There it is in black and white so I have to do it now.
