Things are looking positive.
Had a 0.7 loss today... Hurray...
Seventies is still a short way off but now 80.5kgs..
14.6kg gone in 23 weeks.....(51/2 mths)
This is the little fellow that keeps us in line at home.

Sam wistles "pop goes the weasel" chatters away and is a big sook. I hand raised him so he will sit on our shoulder all day. Such a time waster.
hehehehe son has one of those "noisy birds"..it is sitting out on my patio and screeches and squarks and warbles all the time...I don't think it talks, haven't heard it yet anyways!!
