I jumped on my own scales and realised I am not the 95.1kgs I started out at but 81.2kgs.
This is not 90 anything..... It is only 0.6kg more than I was 4 weeks ago.....
This week was a gain of 0.2kg.... not 2kg...... that I deserved......
I must go back and do the habit audit and work out what thoughts are crippling me currently.
I shall give us all that big smile that one of you posted months ago. This is especially for Donna...Jen.....Berrie....Carol...
We need to focus on where we are going and not where we have been the past few weeks.
Go for goal girls and I am with you all the way.....

wooohooo CJ...glad you found that focus again and joining us on the quick step on the way to goal. Hey we wouldn't be human if we did a sidestep now and then, only human aren't we?!! Next step the 70's ..go CJ..
