My voluntary job is also at its busiest time but we took time out to have lots of fun after enormous amounts of preparation by the team of staff and volunteers.
As you can see I also took time out to work for a very special person that the clients all adore.
Health check showed that all my bloods are in normal excellent range with this new drug for high cholesterol. Blood pressure was good but sad to say weight is 86kgs.
This means I have lost 10kgs and kept it off the past 18mths. My gain of 9kgs is something I will work on and re-join WW in the new year.
This time of the year brings its very own stressors. They can create conflict within my mind that have an effect emotionally and physically. This year I aim to avoid the triggers.
I rejoice because God loves mankind so much that He sent his Son to save us from judgment. Christmas is the time that Christians all over the world celebrate the birth of God's one and only son Jesus.
I do hope you all have a very safe and relaxing time with your loved ones and friends. Take care on the roads.

Cj you can and will relose your gain from last year. The old year has gone and the new one has begun.
