The time for excuses is over and I am back to basics.
I am the same weight as the beginning of JulyI have gained and lost a total of 4.6kgs and have not reached my weight I was at the beginning of the winter pass. Ho hum....
A very bumpy journey during the last 2 months.
I joined Curves gym for exercise and have done some beading for pleasure...
No point in changing the weight monitor as I gain one week and not quite loose it all the next week.The cold weather and core don't work for me as I am not eating correctly. When I avoid the foods that upset my body then my diet is not balanced and too predictable.It is time to change back to counting and weighing everything for the first 3 weeks like a start all over. I don't want to be coming out of my cocoon at the end of winter and not be able to take off and fly. So.....the brakes are on now and off I go again a fresh start....
