Harder to Focus

I now see why it is easier going to meetings with a friend. My friend has decided to have a break from meetings as she will be spending time in sunny QLD over winter. It is now much harder to drive to the meetings but the past two weeks I have started loosing again and so this may boost my energy to push for goal.
I am looking forward to being a 70's girl again.
Enough of this backsliding for me. I have to find my motivation from the depths of wherever I lost it. I do not want to be the weight I was when I started this journey. Goal is only 9.5kgs away. I can and will do this..

A special Rose for you all.It has a heavenly smell
My No1 son went to Coffs Harbour on the long weekend.
He brought me back some presents. He used to save rocks as a little man.It took me back to going to the beach with him as a little boy. We would always come back with treasures to keep. Made me realise how much I need a holiday too.
