Struggling to attend WW

Last week was sooooohhhh....... busy that............
I didn't make it to weighin.
On Tuesday when I normally weigh I was at Parramatta attending a workshop on Workplace Mentoring.
Wow!!! I have never been so excited about a project in my life since doing Midwifery in 1974....

Wednesday my younger son needed to go for his "L"s again and get some practice driving a manual car. On the way to the RTA I supervised his fiance so she could get some driving hours. Both aim to obtain their red "P"s before the rules change in July. I was all dressed in my weigh clothes and went to weigh in Springwood to find that there is now a relaxation class in that time slot now...... so back to supervising driving....Looks like I will be busy this month and June.........
Thursday and Friday were a mess at work...... Just so busy.....
The boss took her frustration out on me....... I'm a big girl......
Thankfully she realised her error of judgement and rang when she got home.....and text.....and test... Poor thing.... I would hate to be in her shoes.....
I have lost a shift at work as another RN returns from maternity leave..... She will be very busy on Thursdays...

Staying Positive

The doctor warned me I would gain weight with the tablets he had me on...
True to his word I did gain on the scales but ailments make us seesaw as well sometimes. Part of life and the healthy lifelong journey I am now on...
Positive is what I will be and this is just a small hurdle in the big scheme of things.

Begin Again Winter Pass - 80.9kg

Wow!!!
After 6 weeks of gaining today is my first loss.
What a boost to my self esteem....
Finally something is going in the right direction.....
Update is 80.9kg
Total loss is 14.2kg
This is to be a new start....

Autumn always had our front yard covered with colourful leaves....
The tree was causing problems under the home....
Sadly we removed the tree...
This year we don't have the work of raking up the leaves but...

We also do not have our special Gang Gang visitors.

They used to eat the seed pods from the tree.

I do miss them.
