Fluid retention

I forgot this happens.
In cold weather we have had lately I was thinking I would have to resize my rings as they were falling off.
Yesterday and today it is difficult to even spin them on my fingers. They certainly won't come off.

This resulted in a 0.4 gain on the scales. Still a 70's girl.
I'll just plug on.

I have gone back to points after 2 weeks on no count.
I plan to track all that passes my lips for two weeks and focus on taking care of me.

What a week
I thought I would be busted for sure.
We had chocolate icecream for sweets on our special dinner on Friday night and I have had three serves since then. At least the container is empty now so I know NOT to purchase that again for a while.

That is a Frankenstein food that has to be under lock and key. Icecream eating I find difficult to control.
Extra walkin was needed to make sure the scales were kind.
Kind they were with a loss of 0.7 making me 79.3kg.

What a struggle the past 7 weeks have been.
It finally has been worth it....

33 years ago

33 years ago on 17th we made the biggest decision of our life.

We still enjoy eachothers company.

It was a white wedding on a very very hot day.

I don't think I'll reach that weight of 57kgs even if it is in my goal range.

I can't believe it
I'm still in the 80's
Only just..... at exactly 80kg...
I will have to do some major work to drop below this bar.
Spose this means exercise????

I have only been able to get out twice a week lately..
Some may know it has been emotionally hectic for the past few weeks..
Andy has started blogging also

She and I have done Cert11 in Fine Arts Digital Arts at TAFE..
I would recommend it to you all.
Takes a year and you are challenged all the way...
I must post amazing things I drew with parts of my body......

Still not in 70's

Had fun at our meeting today.

Asked to wear a hat for race day.
Andrea did some creative horse work.
I decorated my red hat.

We came away with Andrea 1st and my hat second.




Lost 0.3kg. Total loss 14.9kg

Weight 80.2kg so 0.3 to go to be a 70's girl.

So Trusting

We could almost twist his little head off.
