Same shorts as previous photo that are too large to stay up now.The past 2 weeks have shown gains on the scales but the shape shifting has continued.Persistance pays off.BIG BIG LOSS this week. WOW!!! 1.8kgs13.1 kilos goneKeep going girls. It's worth it for your health
Sometimes going back to basics, tracking, exercising & saving points still has a positive on the scales at the end of it.If I hadn't measured myself and tried on clothes that are now too big to wear, I would be very... very ...very ... miserable right now.I can't loose sight of the fact that 11.3kgs have gone.I need to stop gaining weight. That is certainly not the aim of this exercise and lifestyle change....
Once again the scales tell the truth and I have a plus sign in my book. I felt my planning and saving points so I could eat something at the party should have prevented a gain. There were plenty of healthy choices and I made wise choices myself. Still there was a 0.4 gain. But!!!!!.....Our bodies can sabotage the best made plans
My digestive track does not like a lot of the foods I am eating.......It has had a major spack attack and held everything in for days.....No Really it is true.... I do have food intolerances........My leader and I talked......She was very encouraging and I decided nnnnnot to go home and eat a full tub of chocolate icecream. It is much toooooo cold anyway.
The engagement party was great . The rain kept coming but we had erected enough tarps to keep us dry.
I will keep on going until I get to goal and then start back on the foods that my body will tolerate. Meanwhile I will continue to have these little ups and downs along the way.
Roll on next weigh day you scales don't frighten me.
A small loss today...... Deserved I might add.
I'm really not complaining as 0.2 results in a 12kg loss over 15 weeks.
Yes girls I know that this is a major success and I am very thankful that the lessons of healthy eating are working. After all my promises to myself to get moving last week, I managed to only attain two 20 minute walks in my work lunch break.
On Friday I purchased a new pedometer as the old one ran away to a home that wouldn't neglect it. The current daily step total is just under 5,ooo steps which has shown that my life was toooooo...... sedentary for my body to burn the current intake consumed by little old me.....
This week I must be strict and walk as a very busy next three days is followed by a joyful weekend.
Saturday we are celebrating the engagement of our younger son to a wonderful girl. Her mum and I are gathering the families to get to know eachother.
Young love is such a joy to watch. I have reservations as they are both only 19yrs but they do have love and support of family and friends. Marriage plans are not until they are both 21.... or so they say.....I have time to reach goal and purchase a lovely new outfit.......
How's that for forward planning?.....
As the weekend draws closer I think I would rather be fishing......
